Do our documents go to an external cloud?
No. The document is processed segment by segment: cloud models only ever see individual fragments, while full processing and training run on our local model. Full Kazakhstan data residency is available.
How is VOXA different from Smartcat or Trados?
VOXA is a CAT platform plus a hybrid AI that fine-tunes to your terminology, with private local processing and strong Kazakh. Memory and projects migrate from Trados, memoQ and Smartcat.
How good is the Kazakh?
It's our specialty: domain prompts, terminology control and industry corpora (medical, legal) loaded from day one. Quality grows as you use it.
Can we bring our memory and glossaries?
Yes. TMX, XLIFF 1.2 and 2.0, and migration from Trados, memoQ and Smartcat are supported. Glossaries upload in bulk from Excel.
