Security & compliance

Privacy is built into the architecture, not bolted on afterward.

Privacy by design

Only text fragments go to the cloud language model — no files, no credentials. Files, memory, glossaries and accounts stay on servers in Kazakhstan.

Servers in Kazakhstan

Files, memory and accounts are stored on servers in Kazakhstan — meeting the requirement to keep personal data of Kazakhstan citizens inside the country.

Encryption

Keys, secrets and access data are stored encrypted; connections to the site and the platform use HTTPS.

Authentication & audit

Two-factor authentication (MFA), an audit log of actions, and security headers at the application level.

Data isolation

Multi-tenancy with data isolation between organizations — your materials are inaccessible to other clients.

Compliance and deployment

Requirements aligned at deployment and compliance with the Kazakhstan data-protection law. Exchange with other systems via XLIFF and TMX.

We don't claim certifications we don't hold. The above is what's actually implemented; your organization's specific requirements are aligned during deployment.

See VOXA on your own documents

A 20-minute demo — and you'll see the editor, the memory and the Kazakh quality on your own examples.
