How volume is counted
1 standard page = 1,800 characters of source text including spaces. Volume, exact matches and repetitions are counted as soon as the file is uploaded. This paragraph is about 0.1 of a standard page.

- Payment by invoice sent to your email (transfer via Kaspi or bank). Pages are credited once payment is confirmed during business hours; crediting activates the package, and the Trial term counts from that moment.
- The memory is yours alone: export to TMX any time. We take no commission on your jobs and don't find you clients — you pay for AI processing volume in standard pages.
- A translator account is for one person; a team needs an organization subscription.
Promo until 31 December 2026
For those who sign up by 31 December 2026 inclusive, repetitions, exact memory matches, auto-fill and manual translation don't use the limit for 12 months from the sign-up date (up to 200% of the limit per package term; above that — 0.25 of a page). Example: a job of 10 standard pages, 3 covered by repetitions and memory — 7 are deducted.
The sign-up date for the promo is the date the account is created from your request.

Request a plan
Name, email and the package. We create your account within one business day and email a sign-in link and the invoice.

Pay the invoice
Transfer via Kaspi or bank. Pages are credited once payment is confirmed — usually the same day.

Upload memory and glossaries
Memory from TMX, glossaries from Excel. They work from your first document.

Upload a file and run pre-translation — a draft with your terms is ready for review. Confirmed segments feed the memory and are reused in the next documents.
Plan questions
Do I pay per seat or for an all-inclusive subscription?
No. You pay for AI processing volume in standard pages. The editor, memory, glossaries, checks and export are included in every package.
What happens to unused pages?
On Eco and Optimal the balance carries over and is kept for 12 months from the last payment. On Trial — 15 days from activation, the balance is not carried over.
Can I top up without changing the plan?
Yes: 100 standard pages — 10,000 ₸. While you still have gift payments, the next plan period is a better deal than a top-up.
How is volume counted in Excel and PowerPoint?
In Excel — all sheets of a workbook, including hidden ones; formulas by their result. In PowerPoint — the text of slides, tables and notes. Word tables of contents and page numbers are not counted. Remove hidden sheets and helper columns before uploading.
How do I pay?
By invoice sent to your email: transfer via Kaspi or bank. The operator is MobileSecurity.kz LLP, not a VAT payer. Refund terms are published when self-registration opens.
Where do my documents go?
Files, memory, glossaries and accounts are stored on servers in Kazakhstan. Only text fragments go to the cloud language model — no file, no credentials. Your memory is visible to you alone.
Can two people share one account?
No: a translator account is for one person. A team needs an organization subscription — with several users, roles and shared memory.
